The golf course yardage from the back tees is 6,300 and from the front tees is 5,400 yards. The course is very playable for all handicap levels and easy to walk. Slow play is not an issue at Council Bluffs Country Club with rounds rarely taking 4 hours to play. We take pride in the fact that our course is known for having the best conditioned greens in the area.

The back 9 holes has a traditional look of many large trees lining the fairways and small greens. There are two ponds on the back nine that encourage you to be accurate with your approach shots. With two reachable par 5's for the big hitters and two tricky par 3's to test your iron play, the player's total game will be tested.

The front 9 has a totally different look and will give you new challenges. This side is much more open off the tee with larger greens. Water hazards come into play on 4 holes and there are many more sand bunkers around the greens.

The 300 yard practice facility is located on the front 9. The tee area is large enough that you will always have the perfect hitting surface and range balls are kept at a high quality.
